Jon Howard is a former U.S. Special Operations veteran with 12 years of military service, where precision, courage, loyalty, and integrity were not values on paper — they were daily standards. That foundation now defines how he negotiates, structures acquisitions, and protects his clients’ interests across Florida’s most competitive coastal markets.

Jon entered real estate in 2017, co-founding Florida Charms Vacation Rentals and Realty alongside his wife, Rizzete. What began as a focused coastal operation quickly scaled into one of the Emerald Coast’s fastest-growing vacation rental and brokerage platforms, surpassing $61 million in revenue by 2022.

Following the sale of the company to AvantStay, Jon was appointed Principal Broker for Florida, overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars in luxury and investment transactions for a multibillion-dollar national firm. In that role, he managed complex portfolios across the Emerald Coast and throughout Florida, gaining deep expertise in short-term rental performance, high-value waterfront acquisitions, and luxury coastal asset positioning.

In October 2024, after serving on hurricane rescue missions in Florida and North Carolina with the Florida State Guard Special Missions Unit (SMU) and Aerial Recovery, Jon made a strategic decision. Rather than continue in a statewide executive role, he returned to what matters most — direct client representation and boutique-level service.
