At Jon Howard Realty, leadership is our cornerstone. Founded by Jon Howard, a former Special Operations veteran with 12 years of military service, our brokerage embodies the principles of Courage, Loyalty, and Integrity.

Jon’s journey into real estate began in 2017, when he and his wife, Rizzete, founded Florida Charms Vacation Rentals and Realty. Under their leadership, the company grew exponentially, reaching over $61 million in revenue by 2022. After selling the business to AvantStay, Jon became the Principal Broker for Florida, overseeing hundreds of millions in transactions for a multibillion-dollar company.

In October 2024, after serving on hurricane rescue missions in Florida and North Carolina with the Florida State Guard Special Missions Unit (SMU) and Aerial Recovery, Jon made the decision to return to his roots. Recognizing that his statewide role did not allow him to fully balance his commitment to hurricane relief efforts, he chose to step down and refocus on building a boutique brokerage centered on quality and personal connection.
