Eric Lafreniere
Originally from Canada, Eric Lafreniere brings the same passion and precision from his successful career as a veterinarian to the world of real estate. After earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Montreal in 1998, Eric spent over a decade practicing emergency veterinary medicine across Ontario, Oregon, and Ohio, before retiring from the field in Florida in 2011.
His decision to move to the U.S. was driven by both professional ambition and a desire for new experiences. “I always felt people in the U.S. were willing to go further, including what they would spend on their pets,” Eric says. “There was also better equipment—but honestly, I just thought I’d like to try living somewhere else.”
That same spirit of adventure and dedication now fuels his work in real estate. Eric is an experienced investor and custom home builder focused on the high-demand markets of 30A and South Florida. Whether managing new builds or overseeing property investments, he brings a meticulous eye for detail and a deep commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
When he's not managing real estate projects, Eric enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Chloe (14) and Olive (12). He’s also passionate about giving back through his non-profit initiative, the K9 Warrior Foundation, which he hopes to officially launch in the coming year.
