Zach Joyce

Zach Joyce is the owner and operator of Floridale Farms, a regenerative organic farm in the Blackwater River basin dedicated to preserving Florida’s rich native environment and fostering self-sufficient sustainable communities with a focus on health and wellness. 

A former Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, Zach conducted counter-piracy and counter-narcotics deployments and directed teams in ordnance, counterterrorism, and force protection operations. These experiences sharpened his leadership, analytical abilities, and dedication to excellence.

In his professional career, Zach has excelled as a Senior right-of-way agent for utility-based real estate acquisition projects and as a Regional Sales Trainer at Toyota North America’s Lexus Southern Division, where he managed regional sales training and new model launches.

With a distinguished background spanning real estate, financial services, automotive management, and military leadership, Zach combines diverse expertise with a data-driven approach. He holds an MBA in Data Analytics from the University of West Florida and a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, equipping him with advanced skills in strategic decision-making and financial investment.

Beyond his career, Zach remains committed to public service as a member of the Florida State Guard Special Missions Unit, contributing to firearms training and disaster relief efforts across the state. He is a graduate of the George Stone Law Enforcement Academy where he earned recognition for distinguished achievement in firearms training. Additionally, Zach serves as Secretary of the Navy League of the United States, Miami Council, supporting America’s sea services through education, advocacy, and outreach.
